How much is shipping to my location/country?
The shipping price is based on the weights of the products ordered and your location. Just add the product/s to your shoping cart and click on "Estimate Shipping & Taxes" to see what the rate is going to be before checkout. 

What does my order status mean?
 
-Sucess (your order and payment was sucefully received)
-Printing (order is in printing process)
-Production (your order is on final production process)
-Waiting (please check your email. we are waiting for your reply in order to be able to fill your order)
-Shipped (order shipped)
-Finalized (your order was finalized)
-Delivery Failed (an attempt was made to deliver your parcel, please contact your country carrier)
-Pending (your order has been received, but your payment has not yet been processed)
-Denied (please contact your bank or card issuer to find out the specific reason)
-Canceled (please contact us for further information)
-Returned (Your order was returned to us, please contact us)
-Abandoned (you have not completed the order)


Can I change the shipping address of my order?
When your order status is "Shipped", the shipping address can not be changed has your order is already in transit. Please contact us anyway in either of these situations to see if we can help intercept the package.

When will my order be shipped?
After you place an order the processing of the order only starts once the payment is cleared. The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. All products are entirely handmade and take a lot of care in their production. However if a product is not up to our standards, we may have to delay to  re-process them in order to sent it with the best quality possible. You order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

How can I track my package?
You can check the status of your package via your country post mail website, using the tracking number that was provided when your order was shipped.
To some countries (like Australia) sometimes tracking is only updated when it's shipped and delivered because they do not scan international packages.


When will my package arrive?
Portugal: 1-3 business days
North America: 10-15 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-20 business days
Asia Pacific: 15-20 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 15-20 business days
North Africa and the Middle East: 15-20 business days
Sub-Saharan Africa: 15-20 business days
 
Althought delivery is usually made in times stated above, please note that the estimated delivery date that carriers give us is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, as it can sometimes vary due to reasons that are beyond our control (ex. weather, changes in postal service or customs) specially during holidays seasons. When a delay on delivery eventually occur, we will do our best to help locate package.
